• Track job status through CLAIM, ARRIVED, and DONE commands

SMS Messaging

By texting GotaGuy at +1 (469) 273-6216, you consent to receive SMS messages from us related to your service request. These messages may include job scoping questions, price quotes, scheduling confirmations, contractor updates, and payment-related messages.

Message frequency varies based on your service request. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will receive no further messages from us. Reply HELP for assistance.

Information Sharing

We share your information only as necessary to provide the service:

• With contractors matched to your job (your name, address, job description, and scheduling details)
• With Stripe for payment processing
• With Twilio for SMS delivery
• Supabase: Our database infrastructure where job records, user data, and transaction history are stored.
• Anthropic: Our AI infrastructure processes incoming SMS messages to route and respond. Message content may be processed by Anthropic's API subject to their data handling policies.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our service and fulfill our legal obligations. You can request deletion of your data by texting us or emailing wade@kerzie.ai.
